At the beginning of the nineties, together with Wojciech Nowak and Jerzy Salzman, he founded the first private artistic agency in Poland under the name of the National Philharmonic Artistic Agency and after its dissolution he continues his impresario activity in his own agency under the name SZWED Artists’ Management.
